Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(2) of the Education Act 20051 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2020 and comes into force on 17th December 2020.
