The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 20201.
In accordance with paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
