The Challenges to Validity of EU Instruments (EU Exit) Regulations 20192 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3—

a

in paragraph (1)(a), for “exit day”, in both places it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”;

b

in paragraph (1)(b), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”; and

c

in paragraph (2), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
