21. Any information, application, decision, notice, notification, direction, or any other document may be provided to a person pursuant to these Regulations by—
(a)sending it to the person by electronic means; or
(b)delivering or sending it to—
(i)the person’s registered office (if applicable);
(ii)the person’s principal office in the United Kingdom; or
(iii)another address in the United Kingdom specified by the person as the address for service.
