Citation and commencement U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Agriculture (Payments) (Amendment, etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force—

(a) as regards Part 3 on IP completion day;

(b) otherwise immediately before IP completion day.
