45. In regulation 32(2) of the Special Procedures Regulations, for ““Authorised use: Eligible goods and authorised uses” published on 27 November 2018”, substitute ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.0)” dated 7th December 2020(1)”.
46. The provisions of the Act and of these Regulations that are referred to in Schedule 4 have effect, in respect of customs matters to which these Regulations apply, as modified by that Schedule.
