Applications for waivers, variations and prior approvals

8. Regulations 85 to 91 of the Import Duty Regulations apply in relation to an application for approval of—
(a)a waiver under regulation 5(2);
(b)a prior approval under regulation 6(2);
(c)a transfer, hire or loan under regulation 7(3);
(d)a guarantee under regulation 7(5); and
(e)a waiver or variation under regulation 7(7)(b).
