Applications for waivers, variations and prior approvals8
Regulations 85 to 91 of the Import Duty Regulations apply in relation to an application for approval of—
a
a waiver under regulation 5(2);
b
a prior approval under regulation 6(2);
c
a transfer, hire or loan under regulation 7(3);
d
a guarantee under regulation 7(5); and
e
a waiver or variation under regulation 7(7)(b).
