5.  In section 5 (directions in respect of networks and spectrum functions)(1), in subsection (3A), for “requires” substitute “would have required”.

Section 5 was amended by S.I. 2011/1210 and is prospectively amended by paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 2019/246 (which is omitted by paragraph 4(2)(c) of Schedule 2 to these Regulations).
