Where, in relation to an application to which regulation 19 of the 2017 Regulations applies, a relevant planning authority has sent a notice under regulation 19A(2) of those Regulations before the end of 31st December 2021, regulation 9 of these Regulations continues to have effect in relation to that notice as if it had not expired.
