1. This Order—
(a)may be cited as the Heavy Commercial Vehicles in Kent (No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2020;
(b)comes into force on 30th November 2020 or the day after the day on which it is made, whichever is later; and
(c)extends to England and Wales and Scotland, except for article 2 which extends to England and Wales only.
