2. Dyson Technical Training Limited shall be competent to grant the following specified taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(b) of the said Act:
(a)BEng (Hons) in Engineering Degree Apprenticeship; and
(b)BEng (Hons) Degree in Engineering.
