Amendment of the Bank Recovery and Resolution (No.2) Order 2014

42.  In article 75(2), at the end insert—

““response period” means—

(a)

in a case described in point (b) of Article 17.3 of the recovery and resolution directive, two weeks beginning with the date on which the institution received the notice; and

(b)

in any other case, four months beginning with that date.”.
