Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49(2), (7) and (11), 58(3), (4) and (8), 59(3), (4) and (9), 60(1), (3), (6) and (7) and 68(8) of the Offensive Weapons Act 20191.
In accordance with section 68(2) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
