Amendment of the Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

4.  In regulation 7—

(a) in paragraph (1), omit “Subject to regulation 9,”;

(b) after paragraph (1), insert—

“(1A) In Article 3(2), omit the second subparagraph.”.
