21.  In the Over the Counter Derivatives, Central Counterparties and Trade Repositories (Amendment, etc., and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1)—

(a) in regulation 11 (definitions)—

(i) paragraph (6)(b);

(ii) in paragraph (7), new point (8)(a)(iii);

(b) in regulation 12 (equivalence decisions for the purposes of the definition of OTC derivatives), paragraphs (2)(b) and (3)(b);

(c) in regulation 13 (intragroup transactions)—

(i) paragraph (2)(b);

(ii) paragraph (3)(a)(i)(bb) and (c)(ii).
