49. In regulation 59 (maritime enforcement officers)—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)omit sub-paragraphs (b), (d), (e), (f) and (h);
(ii)for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)a police officer of the Territory;”
(iii)for sub-paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)a customs officer of the Territory;”
(b)omit paragraph (2).
