An account holder may delete an allowance by transferring the allowance from the account holder's account to the deletion account.
2
An allowance transferred to the deletion account may not be transferred from the deletion account and ceases to be available for any other purpose unless the transfer is reversed under paragraph 22 (transfer reversals).
