Commencement2.
(1)
Except as provided by paragraph (2), this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2)
Article 25, Schedule 5 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 8 come into force—
(a)
on the day after the day on which this Order is made; or
(b)
immediately after IP completion day,
whichever is later.
