Citation and commencement 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Financial Provisions and Amendment) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 1st April 2020. Amendment of the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Financial Provisions and Amendment) Regulations 2009 2 1 The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Financial Provisions and Amendment) Regulations 2009 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2). 2 In Regulation 4 (establishment of general funds), for “1st April 2019” substitute “The reorganisation date”.
