The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 84(4)(d) and 166(3)(b) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 19991 and sections 68(1), (7), (8) and (10)(a) and (b), 69(2) and 74(8) of the Immigration Act 20142. These Regulations are made further to provision in the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 20163.
So far as these Regulations are made in exercise of powers conferred by the Immigration Act 2014, they are made with the consent of the Treasury4.
