Amendment of paragraph 10

9.  In paragraph 10(1) (further activities to be carried out in connection with the provision of dispensing services), in sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) in paragraph (e), after “written note” insert “(which may be in an electronic form)”; and

(b) omit paragraph (g).
