The Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

Citation, commencement and extent

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020;

(b) come into force on IP completion day; and

(c) extend to Northern Ireland only.
