Citation, commencement and extent

1.  These Regulations—

(a)may be cited as the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020;

(b)come into force on IP completion day; and

(c)extend to Northern Ireland only.

Amendment to the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988

2.  Schedule 1 makes amendments to the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988(1).

Amendment to the Noise Emission in the Environment by Equipment for use Outdoors Regulations 2001

3.  Schedule 2 makes amendments to the Noise Emission in the Environment by Equipment for use Outdoors Regulations 2001(2).

Amendment to the General Product Safety Regulations 2005

4.  Schedule 3 makes amendments to the General Product Safety Regulations 2005(3).

Amendment to the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008

5.  Schedule 4 makes amendments to the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008(4).

Amendment to the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011

6.  Schedule 5 makes amendments to the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011(5).

Amendment to the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013

7.  Schedule 6 makes amendments to the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013(6).
