The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(5)(b) of the Sentencing (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Act 20201 (“the 2020 Act”).
In accordance with section 4(2) of the 2020 Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
