27.  For regulation 3(a) and (b), substitute—

“(a) in the heading for “EU compulsory”, substitute “Compulsory pharmaceutical”;

(b) in subsection (1), for “an “EU compulsory”, substitute “a “compulsory pharmaceutical”;”.
