The Merchant Shipping (Marine Equipment) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 20197 are amended as follows.

In regulations 5 and 6, for “exit day”, in each place it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”.

In paragraph 1(5) and (13) of the Schedule, for “exit day”, in each place it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”.
