Amendment of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981

3.—(1) Article 84 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) (power in certain cases to prohibit driving of foreign vehicles), is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)for “a statutory provision” substitute “a provision of an Act or Order or of Regulations”; and
(b)for “a Community instrument” substitute “a provision of an instrument of any other kind”.
(3) In paragraph (2), omit “or the provision of the EU instrument(2)”.
