Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the International Road Passenger Transport (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) These Regulations come into force on the later of—
(a)exit day; and
(b)the day after the date on which these Regulations are made.
(3) These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland only.
