Schedule 9 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 5(1)(d) M1—

a

at the end of sub-paragraph (i), insert “ or ”;

b

omit sub-paragraph (ii);

c

omit sub-paragraph (iv) and the “or” before it.

at the end of paragraph (a), insert “ or ”;

c

omit paragraph (d) and the “or” before it.
