This Order authorises Sembcorp Utilities (UK) Limited (referred to in this Order as the Undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain an electricity generating station with a nominal net electrical output capacity of up to 1,700 MWe (1,748 MWe gross) at ISO Conditions together with associated development located on land within the Wilton International site, Teesside.
A copy of the plans referred to in this Order and certified in accordance with article 12 may be inspected free of charge between the hours of 9am to 5pm at the offices of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar TS10 1RT.
