Consequential Amendments to the Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017

6.—(1) The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(2) omit sub-paragraph (a).

(3) In the Schedule omit paragraphs 56, 57, 58 and 60.
