The Provision of Health Services to Persons Not Ordinarily Resident Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201513 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) omit the definitions of—
b
“out of hours period”,
c
“out of hours provider”,
d
“out of hours services”, and
e
“visiting patient”.
3
Omit regulation 25(visiting patients under Directive 2011/24/EU).
