The Health and Personal Social Services General Dental Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19938 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the definitions of—
a
“the Directive”, and
b
“visiting patient”.

In Schedule 2 (terms of service for dentists)—
