Amendment of regulation 29 (variation of licence on the application of the holder)

23.  In regulation 29(5)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “or”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c) for “granted.” substitute “granted; or”; and

(c) at the end insert—

“(d) the responsible person (import) under regulation 45AA.”.
