53.—(1) Article 67 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2—

(a) for “Directive 76/768/EEC” substitute “ Regulation 1223/2009 ”;

(b) for “Directive”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “ Regulation ”.

(3) Omit paragraph 3.
