2. The following provisions of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a)section 28 (power of FCA to make rules restricting charges for claims management services);
(b)section 33 (legal services regulators’ rules: charges for claims management services); and
(c)section 34 (extension of power of the Law Society of Scotland to make rules).
