129.—(1) The Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(3)(interpretation), in the definition of “insurance company”M2—
(a)at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”;
(b)omit paragraph (b).
