(ii) omit “or them”,

(c) in subsection (3)—

(i) omit “and the Scottish Ministers”,

(ii) omit “or them”,

(iii) in paragraph (a), omit “or they think”,

(d) omit subsection (5),

(e) in subsection (6), omit “or the Scottish Ministers acquire”.
