Omit “receiving” in each place it occurs.

In paragraph 1, for “fees payable under Article 80(2)” in both places it occurs substitute “appropriate fees”.

In paragraph 2—
a
for “it complies with the following requirements:” substitute “the relevant information referred to in Article 20 has been submitted”;
b
omit points (a) and (b).
