PART 1 Introductory

Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 1997 Act” means the Architects Act 1997(1);

“the Register” means the Register of Architects maintained under section 3 of the 1997 Act;

“the relevant date” means the date on which these Regulations come into force.
