Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Qualification of Operators) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20127.

The Goods Vehicles (Qualification of Operators) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201215 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 1, after the definition of “other relevant person” insert—
““Department” means the Department for Infrastructure.”.
(3)
In regulation 11(4), in the definition of “approved body”, for paragraph (b), substitute—
“(b)
a body approved by the Department for Infrastructure for the purposes of Article 8(3) of Regulation 1071/2009; and”.
