The Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 198135 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, in column 1, in the entry relating to Article 4(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1072/200936, after “haulage market” insert “as it has effect in EU law”.

In Schedule 2, in column 2, in the entry relating to regulation 3 of the Goods Vehicles (Community Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201337, for “Community licence” substitute “UK licence for the Community, Community licence, driver attestation or an EU driver attestation”.
