Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Operators and International Road Haulage (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

Except as provided for in paragraphs (3) and (4) these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.

Regulations 2, 4, 5, and 7 extend to Great Britain.
4
Regulations 3, 6, 7, 8 and 12 extend to Northern Ireland.
