SCHEDULE 20 E+W+S Amendment of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016

Amendment to regulation 59 E+W+S

32.  Regulation 59 (enforcement action in respect of formal non-compliance) is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “CE” substitute “ UK ” in each place in which it occurs;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b)—

(i) omit “EU” in each place in which it occurs;

(ii) for “CE” substitute “ UK ”.
