SCHEDULE 1 Amendment of the Hallmarking Act 1973

2.  In section 2—

(a) in subsection (1)(d), after “United Kingdom” insert “before exit day”;

(b) for subsection (2A), substitute—

“(2A) In this section “EEA state” has the meaning which it had under Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978 before exit day.”
