In Article 16, for paragraph 1(b), substitute—
b
the compulsory declaration corresponding to the respective category as set out in the list in Annex 5; the compulsory declaration may be replaced by the particulars laid down in the Catalogue of Feed Materials referred to in Article 24 for each feed material in the respective category.
