Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1886U.K.
69.—(1) Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1886 of 20 October 2015 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods and referring to children's development and health is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a)in paragraph 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that paragraph, substitute “ may not be made on foods on the [F1Great Britain] market ”.
(b)omit paragraph 2.
(3) Omit Article 2.
