359.—(1) Subpart GEN is amended as follows.

(2) Omit point ORO.GEN.105.

(3) In point ORO.GEN.110(j), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point ORO.GEN.115, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(5) In point ORO.GEN.120—

(a) in point (a), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
