Amendment of Article 9 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 U.K.

298.—(1) Article 9 (credit for training commenced prior to the application of this Regulation) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph 1.

(3) In paragraph 2, for “Member State in consultation with the Agency” substitute “CAA”.
