PART 2 U.K. Amendments to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

11.  The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 M1 is amended as follows— U.K.

(a) in section 217 M2 (qualifying persons and qualifying countries), in subsection (3)—

(i) in paragraph (b), at the end insert “ or ”;

(ii) omit paragraph (c) together with “or” at the end;

(b) in section 220 M3 (qualification by reference to first marketing), in subsection (1)(b)—

(i) after “Kingdom” insert “ or ”;

(ii) omit “or another member State of the European Economic Community”.
